With great surprise my work “Unconscious Patterns” has been selected among the three finalists of the Black Pencil Prize 2023 and premiered on November the 30th at Het Orgelpark in Amsterdam.
I am extremely grateful to the Black Pencil Ensemble for choosing my piece and performing it. This also marks an important milestone in my career as composer and my debut in the “contemporary” music scene.
The whole experience at the Prix De Mann has been wonderful, not only for being part of the program (next to John Cage!) but also as a listener I got a lot of inspiration and I was delighted by the whole repertoire of the festival.
